SHIPPING 

Did you know our nearest post office is 250km away!

While the isolation is beautiful it does mean our shipping isn't instant unfortunately. Orders are posted at least once a week, sometimes more frequently.

We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready and on its way to town to be posted, but please allow at least 2-7days for your order to be posted. We will always endeavour to get your melts to you as soon as possible!

Returns and Refunds 

We hope this is never the case but if your wax melts have been damaged during transit please let us know, with pictures of the damage, and we can organise a refund or replacement.

We hold ourselves to very high standards, however if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase you may return your melts (unmelted and packaging intact) for a refund. Postage will be the customers expense.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns if change your mind about your purchase.
